Q: How do I place an order?
A: To order, please select ORDER from the website menu. Fill out the order form with details required and send. You should receive a reply within 24 hours.
Q: I submitted an order request but I did not receive any response within 24 hours. What should I do?
A: It is possible that our response email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK email folder. If you are able to find our email in this location, please mark is as “not spam” to avoid this issue in future.
Q: When do I pay for my order?
A: Orders are to be paid after e-mail confirmation of order is received.
Q: Do you deliver & what are the delivery fees?
A: Yes, delivery is available. Prices are listed below for the following delivery areas:
Hamilton, Stoney Creek $8
Binbrook, Mount Hope $ 10
Burlington, Oakville $15
Q: How much lead time do you need before placing an order?
A: I typically take orders two weeks in advance (Please note that Holidays and special events tend to book up much quicker and I would require 3 weeks notice for large orders).
Q: Are your products gluten, eggs and dairy free?
A: No, all products contain gluten, eggs, and dairy.
Q: Are your desserts peanut, tree nut free?
A: Although you are able to order various desserts, cakes and cupcakes without peanuts, they are NOT made in a peanut free facility, which means that it is possible for them to come into contact with nuts/tree nuts.
